Narod Properties Corp. has managed a two bedroom apartment in Downtown Vancouver for me since I purchased it for rental purposes in late 2006. During this time I have received a detailed statement of income and expenses every month without fail. After deduction of expenses the net rental income has always been paid into my bank account promptly and without delay. The few questions which I have had have been dealt with quickly and to my full satisfaction. There have been several changes of tenant, but these have proceeded smoothly and at no time has the apartment stood empty.
